Darling Point is one of the most gorgeous and relaxed places I have ever been to. I really can’t take credit for most of these photos though.
It was definitely perfect weather for a picnic! Thanks to a special someone for bringing me out 🙂
Homemade salmon sandwiches on Sonoma Soy & Linseed Bread, Maggie Beer’s Saskia Onion Relish, Dukkah, Pumpkin, goat’s cheese, spinach quiche, apple honey almond tart (Thanks to the Cook & the Baker) They were stunning.
Strawberries, cheddar cheese with crackers. And tea. Hermg.
I definitely suggest going on a weekday – definitely more quiet and we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves, if not, it is still great for a weekend getaway.
It’s really a mix between a rustic cottage and secret garden with its cascading branches, wooden & stone seats.
Do go down there if you have the time – either by car or ferry, both are enjoyable and you get to pass so many scenic views!
Can’t wait to go again!
Again, thanks to a talented and very special someone for the photos. Jealous of your talent.
