I couldn’t believe, that this patisserie was in Dural.
Two years since it has opened and I had zero clue.
The morning my sister linked me to this place, we zoomed off to this award-winning patisserie.

IMG_5376High and white ceilings flood in natural sunlight as this urban space is filled with local families. People walk out with bags of bread in their arms and lets not forget, boxes of those cakes and pastries.

Dolcettini offers products that are 100% organic including their bread range and Vittoria Coffee.

Their brunch menu is quite diverse, from simple options to heavy, hearty meals. To me, sometimes all you need is simple and fresh food and Dolcettini is the perfect place.
Fresh produce goes a long way!

Smoked salmon with avocado mousse and dill cream on sourdough. $16.50

Sourdough that was sour!! You don’t understand how hard it is to find sourdough that tastes sour 😦
The salmon had a strong smokey flavour that was not overbearingly sweet that you find in those packaged ones. Avocado mousse was just exactly how a mousse is. Soft, airy, smooth and had a slight tang. Dill cream was smooth and complimented everything. Salmon and Dill are a match made in heaven after all. The only problem? NOT ENOUGH OF IT.

Loaded with potato, onion, mushroom, feta and rocket, with a few added fries on top (isn’t it cute?!) this quiche was the perfect balance of cheesy and eggy. The pastry was flaky, and its melt-in-your-mouth quality was my undoing.
I walked out of Dolcettini rendered speechless.

Don’t worry! I didn’t leave without buying any of their desserts!
I can’t wait to get my hands on their Champion desserts Ricotta Cornetto, Snickers My Way, Snickers Revisited and their Gold Award for their Mango Tarty Petit Four. I AM COMING FOR YOU.

But these will have to suffice for now. They’re awfully good too!

Yes, they taste as good as it looks.
Where’s Hannah? : Profiterole type top and base, with a chocolate ganache inside, filled with hazelnut mousse and an oozing caramel in the middle. Soft, delicate, foodgasm worthy.
